What you will do

• Plan and execute Customer Advisory Boards, executive roundtables, and high-touch engagement programs
• Manage industry association programs including timelines, communications, and cross-functional follow-through
• Handle logistics, invitations, briefing materials, and post-program actions
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for well-organized meetings and engagements
• Develop agendas, manage attendees, and support ongoing program enhancements
• Track action items, build templates/playbooks, and ensure polished experiences under pressure

Requirements

• 4-7 years in customer marketing, executive programs, events, or strategic roles
• Strong project management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with executive-facing programs and senior stakeholder interactions
• Ability to coordinate complex meetings/events with multiple components
• Excellent written/verbal communication and timeline/logistics management
• Comfort in fast-paced, matrixed environments; willingness to travel
