What you will do

• Develop high-quality mobile features using TypeScript within a scalable, modular architecture.
• Lead the end-to-end release process, from versioning and build orchestration to store deployment.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android, including automated builds and quality gates.
• Drive the mobile testing strategy across unit, integration, and E2E levels to ensure production stability.
• Support multi-brand applications from a single codebase using configuration-driven approaches.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, contributing to team growth and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience shipping production mobile apps.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and iOS native development.
• Solid experience with App Store delivery and release processes.
• Proven ability to work in collaborative environments with strong communication skills.
• Must be based in Poland, Romania, Australia, Malta, or the United Kingdom.
