What you will do

• Develop and improve the hirify.global iOS app within a cross-functional team.
• Implement new features from initial development through to final release.
• Apply modern engineering practices, including code reviews and pair programming.
• Utilize and maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to translate user needs into technical requirements.
• Explore and implement first-use cases of AI within mobile applications.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of iOS development and essential proficiency in Swift.
• Fundamental understanding of how software is built and the development lifecycle.
• Awareness of quality assurance and testing processes in software development.
• Curiosity regarding AI, APIs, and automation technologies.
• Ability to work in a hybrid 60/40 model from the Bottighofen or Munich offices.
