What you will do

• Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Manage changes in interim budgets.
• Develop economic, financial, and management reporting.
• Support cost accounting and internal invoice processes.
• Analyse budget deviations and propose corrective actions.
• Update accounting-management models in response to new rules or organizational changes.
• Participate in annual financial statements closing.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics or Management Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.
• Knowledge of planning, control, management reporting, and accounting processes.
• Excellent English and Italian (written and spoken).
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Ability to connect planning needs with accounting aspects.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP (FI, CO, FM modules).
• Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools.
