What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the independent validation of risk models to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Analyze significant model changes using a standardized approach and issue recommendations.
• Develop and analyze sensitivity analysis, backtesting, and stress testing.
• Liaise with regulators on model validation topics and present findings to stakeholders.
• Draft technical specifications for credit and counterparty risk according to Basel III standards.
• Implement process improvements to streamline data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in quantitative finance, engineering, mathematics, statistics, physics or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, Matlab, Julia, or C++.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating teams.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, pricing, and risk indicators.
