What you will do

• Develop stored procedures, reports, and data extracts aligned with client business requirements.
• Interact with clinicians and end users to document reporting needs and liaise with analysts, developers, and testers.
• Handle change management, on-call support, and on-site activations.
• Maintain technical documentation, perform peer reviews, and optimize report code.
• Troubleshoot production issues and suggest procedural enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2-4 years relevant work experience in technical support and maintenance.
• Experience building stored procedures and functions; relational database concepts.
• Microsoft SQL Server, Reporting and Integration Services; ETL processes.
• Ability to interpret business requirements into report solutions and apply software development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of Altera Solutions and healthcare industry advantageous; ability to code, maintain, and troubleshoot Medical Logic Modules (MLM) preferred.
