What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three product managers to elevate their thinking and output.
• Deliver the Nutrition pillar roadmap, transitioning from rules-based coaching to AI-adaptive, personalized experiences.
• Align with Samsung Health HQ and AI teams on platform architecture and the personalization engine.
• Ensure a coherent coaching experience across user states, progression models, and scheduling logic.
• Define and own success metrics (KPIs) for coaching effectiveness, diet quality improvement, and retention.
• Contribute to the broader product organization by raising the bar on product craft and operational standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring PMs.
• Track record of shipping complex products in cross-organizational and distributed environments.
• Experience in consumer apps with a genuine interest in behavior change, health, or wellness.
• Technical comfort with personalization systems, state-based user modeling, and coaching logic.
• Experience working across multiple time zones and cultures using async-first workflows.
• Exceptional written communication skills and strong product judgment.
