What you will do

• Build and improve production RAG and LLM-based systems.
• Design and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
• Develop full-stack product features end-to-end using Python and React/TypeScript.
• Solve optimization and scheduling problems with real operational constraints.
• Build evaluation frameworks to measure the actual improvement of AI systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Full-stack depth in Python (Django/FastAPI) and modern React/TypeScript.
• Production experience building RAG and LLM-based systems.
• Strong architectural judgment and comfort with cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area for hybrid work.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Background in operations research or constraint programming.
• Experience with data transformation and orchestration tools such as dbt, Prefect, or Airflow.
