Salary: €75.000 - €108.000 gross annual

What you will do

• Shape corporate and business strategies across value chains, develop growth strategies, and assess macroeconomic impacts.
• Conduct market analyses, build business cases and financial models, translate into recommendations.
• Advise Management Teams, Directors, and Management Board with crisp materials and stakeholder alignment.
• Lead workstreams or end-to-end projects, collaborating across teams with coaching from leadership.

Requirements

• MSc/MA with strong academic performance.
• At least 3 years in strategy consulting at top-tier firm.
• Excellent analytical skills including financial modelling; outstanding communication for senior presentations.
• Strong stakeholder skills: organizational sensitivity, persuasiveness, execution.
• Full professional proficiency in English; drive for energy transition.

Nice to have

• Experience in energy sector.
• Dutch language skills.
