What you will do

• Drive product strategy: manage roadmaps for P&C products to ensure competitiveness, compliance, and seamless online purchase.
• Optimize funnels: analyze data to identify friction points and collaborate with Design and Tech to boost conversion rates.
• Scale new markets: adapt products for launches in new European countries using the core platform.
• Manage stakeholders: coordinate across Insurance, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Ops for unified execution.
• Monitor performance: track loss ratios, retention, and feedback to iterate on products and pricing.

Requirements

• 2–4 years experience in high-growth startup or strategy consulting (Insurance, Fintech, E-commerce preferred).
• Analytical rigor: comfortable with Excel/data tools and metrics-driven decisions.
• Product curiosity: excited about APIs, automated underwriting, and LLMs in insurance.
• Excellent English skills (Dutch, German, or French a plus).
• Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field.
• High-intensity startup environment: bias for action, ownership, and 'always-on' dedication beyond 40-hour week.
