What you will do

• Manage full KYC/CDD lifecycle for merchants including document review and ongoing monitoring.
• Validate client documentation: ID, proof of residence, corporate records.
• Review websites and business models for Card Scheme and acquirer compliance.
• Communicate directly with merchants and partners during onboarding.
• Identify and escalate suspicious activity and regulatory red flags.

Requirements

• High-level English (B2+), written and spoken.
• Experience in merchant onboarding, KYC/CDD, or underwriting at fintech, PSP, acquirer, or bank.
• Hands-on knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks and regulatory requirements in payments.
• Sharp analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset to identify and fix gaps.
