What you will do

  • Perform periodic reviews of existing clients for AML, FinCrime, and sanction risks in accordance with risk scores.
  • Investigate substantial changes in client business models, license status, and search for adverse media.
  • Escalate compliance concerns to the AML Compliance Team and document all monitoring results.
  • Assist with client due diligence, transaction, and sanction screening upon request.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of compliance-related policies and internal regulations.
  • Suggest enhancements for CRM and other software tools used by the Sales and Marketing departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Compliance, Business or a related field.
  • Previous experience in 1st Line of Defence, preferably within the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of AML and KYC within a B2B business environment.
  • Experience with AML and GDPR compliance.
  • Location: Must be based in Riga, Latvia for on-site work
