Location: UK (Hybrid/Office), requires UK Security Clearance (SC) - candidates with current or prior SC prioritised. Travel: 30% expected.

What you will do

• Act as Solution Team Leader on large projects, configuring and customizing Maximo solutions using workflows and best practices.
• Architect, design, document, and prototype technical solutions for system implementation.
• Lead system design and process reengineering workshops, creating documentation including architecture, process maps, and training materials.
• Provide technical leadership through development, testing, deployment, and support; collaborate with project managers on risks and delivery.
• Deliver workshops, convert requirements to specifications, and provide software demonstrations to clients.
• Identify process improvements, support business development, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• IBM Maximo professional certifications preferred.
• 5+ years delivering Maximo projects across industries, managing high-value/long-term projects with diverse methodologies.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring teams.
• Experience supporting customers/end users; knowledge of Agile and Waterfall.
• Understanding of databases (DB2, Oracle, MSSQL) and programming (Linux, Solaris, JavaScript, Python, SQL).
