What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee cybersecurity projects and service delivery aligned with business priorities and timelines.
• Manage external security providers and track performance through KPIs, SLAs, and governance meetings.
• Ensure organizational compliance with GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and other national data protection laws.
• Act as the primary point of coordination for audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews, ensuring timely remediation.
• Support risk management by identifying, documenting, and tracking security risks and mitigation plans.
• Prepare security reporting dashboards for management and promote security awareness initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in cybersecurity services.
• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Spanish language proficiency required.
• Certifications: CISM, CISA, PMP, or SCRUM.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) processes.
• Familiarity with security and resilience standards such as ISO 27001 and ISO 22301.
