SaaS platform used by over 1,000 companies to combat counterfeits, piracy, impersonation, and distribution abuse, with offices in New York, Barcelona, Beijing, and Salt Lake City.

What you will do

• Maintain the safety, security, and integrity of the platform.
• Investigate reported incidents, privacy concerns, and abuse under senior guidance.
• Collect and analyze data to identify fraudulent patterns and trends.
• Review and improve policies, guidelines, and processes for user safety.
• Respond to user inquiries on Trust & Safety issues.
• Monitor metrics, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations and other teams as needed.

Requirements

• English and Spanish fluency required.
• Currently pursuing or recently finished studies in Criminology, Law, Business Administration or similar.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with quick learning of new tools.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
