What you will do

• Lead a team of QA engineers in developing analytics engines covering computer vision, machine learning, and sensor fusion.
• Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, process improvement, and CI/CD.
• Oversee the development of manual and automated test frameworks to ensure high product quality.
• Establish and implement metrics to monitor system effectiveness and enable sound quality decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leads to increase the impact of SQA on the final end product.
• Attract, build, and retain a highly engaged and capable quality assurance team.

Requirements

• BS/MS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent professional development.
• Over 12 years of total career experience in the QA field.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a QA Manager in an agile environment.
• Proven track record in leading the architecture and operations of enterprise-scale testing frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven testing platforms and predictive analytics.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies, Selenium, TestNG, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD).
• Working knowledge of bug tracking tools (Rally) and test management tools (qTest).
