We’re building a new kind of money app that rethinks money and the financial system from first principles, alongside products like Safe, CoW Swap, hirify.global Pay, and Circles.

What you will do

• Work directly with the Head of hirify.global App on highest-priority problems
• Drive cross-functional execution across GTM, Finance, People & Culture, Product, and Operations
• Identify and solve gaps/bottlenecks across the hirify.global App team
• Implement and maintain internal systems like documentation, dashboards, and workflows
• Increase output by removing bottlenecks and building scalable systems

Requirements

• Track record of taking initiative through founding, leading projects, or building from scratch
• AI Native: default to using AI for workflows, agents, systems; build prototypes quickly
• Sense of urgency, bias toward action, strong written/verbal communication
• Curiosity about systems, experience working with founders/senior operators
• 2+ years in fast-paced environments (fintech, crypto, startups)
