What you will do

• Design, implement, and test production-grade diagnostics for high-speed digital boards and ASICs.
• Develop manufacturing tests to validate mass production of digital boards used in data center networking.
• Perform board bring-up and port the first level of software for newly manufactured boards.
• Isolate and perform root-cause analysis of reported hardware and software failures.
• Coordinate with hardware engineering teams on bring-up schedules and feature delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical vision for project organization.

Requirements

• BS in Computer/Electrical Engineering or Computer Science with 5+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or TCL.
• Strong knowledge of embedded programming and Linux/Unix OS internals.
• In-depth understanding of Computer Networking and OSI layers (TCP/IP).
• Experience with interconnecting buses and interfaces: PCIe, I2C, XAUI, 10G Ethernet, FPGA, and Switch chips.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for standard employee benefits.
