What you will do

• Oversee the service desk queue, perform triage, and maintain high support standards and SLAs.
• Act as the primary technical escalation point for complex tickets exceeding first-line capabilities.
• Administer and maintain core platforms including Google Workspace, GCP, JumpCloud, and Slack.
• Lead system improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and scalable environment projects.
• Identify and drive automation to streamline internal IT workflows and efficiencies.
• Establish and maintain security systems aligned with GDPR, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus.

Requirements

• Hands-on systems administration experience within cloud and SaaS-based environments.
• Strong understanding of GDPR, ISO 27001, and Cyber Essentials Plus frameworks.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Experience as a senior individual contributor with the ability to mentor junior team members.
• Essential Google certification (or the ability to obtain it promptly).
