Senior Python Developer (AI Integration)

What you will do

• Architect and develop scalable Python applications, LLM-powered systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Design end-to-end Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, embedding workflows, and semantic search solutions.
• Build data-ingestion pipelines and background processing with Celery, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
• Integrate LLM APIs and AI platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Azure OpenAI.
• Design database schemas, queries, and vector database architectures for AI-powered search and retrieval.
• Containerize and orchestrate services with Docker and Kubernetes, deploy to AWS, Azure, or GCP, and optimize application performance.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software development experience, including the latest 1–2 years focused on AI/LLM-powered solutions.
• Expert-level Python skills and hands-on experience deploying LLM applications, especially RAG systems.
• Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of vector databases, semantic search, RESTful APIs, microservices, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with cloud platforms, messaging queues, Docker, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Intermediate English or higher; a BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing multi-agent AI systems or working with FAISS, Milvus, Hugging Face, or open-source model fine-tuning.
• Experience with advanced MLOps, model governance, system architecture, or leading a software team.
• Experience with MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• PhD completed or in progress in a relevant field.
