What you will do

• Build and review financial models to support valuation and damages analysis.
• Conduct industry, market, and company research to inform analytical frameworks.
• Perform detailed financial analysis, including profitability, cash flow, and EBITDA adjustments.
• Support the preparation of expert reports, valuation analyses, and due diligence deliverables.
• Synthesize complex analyses into clear, structured outputs such as presentations and client memos.
• Collaborate within small, high-performing teams with direct exposure to senior experts and clients.

Requirements

• Relevant professional experience in economic consulting, valuation, corporate finance, or transaction services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong academic track record and quantitative skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Madrid, Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience with financial modelling and data analysis tools like Excel.
