What you will do

• Own performance of high-value key accounts with revenue, retention, and growth targets.
• Drive net revenue through upselling, cross-selling, and reactivation strategies.
• Build long-term relationships and act as trusted point of contact.
• Monitor KPIs daily, design account growth plans, and execute proactive sales approaches.
• Analyse data for trends, optimise strategies, and provide commercial insights.
• Coordinate with teams on offers, negotiate incentives, and contribute to forecasting and process optimisation.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
• 2+ years in sales-driven Key Account Management, VIP Management, or similar in iGaming or digital environment.
• Proven track record hitting revenue and retention targets.
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
• Deep understanding of customer behaviour, monetisation, and lifecycle value.
• Highly analytical with KPIs, dashboards, and metrics; excellent communication and autonomy.
