What you will do

• Lead scientific and technical aspects of multiple client studies, including analysis planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to translate neural data into decision-relevant insights using Beacon's devices and models.
• Design and execute analyses on EEG data, applying statistical, computational, and neuroscientific methods.
• Present results and visualizations to diverse audiences and contribute to statistical analysis plans and scientific reports.
• Bridge customer needs with internal teams to shape analytical approaches and product development.
• Curate and harmonize large datasets, write reusable code for pipelines.

Requirements

• Multiple years analyzing neuroscience data with statistics to answer scientific questions for stakeholders.
• Substantial experience presenting analyses to external audiences.
• Experience writing and reviewing code in shared, version-controlled repositories.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, data curation, and technologies like Julia, AWS, SQL, GraphQL.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and ability to thrive asynchronously in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with tight deadlines, ambiguity, and high attention to detail.
