What you will do

• Draft, edit, and distribute company-wide announcements, newsletters, and engagement campaigns
• Manage execution of internal email communications for various audiences
• Support culture initiatives, recognition programs, and milestone celebrations
• Maintain internal editorial calendar and align comms with business priorities
• Research trends and create content for LinkedIn and other platforms to grow employer brand
• Track and report on performance metrics for communications and social engagement

Requirements

• On-site in Austin, TX
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects
• Interest in HR, communications, engagement, or brand strategy
• Experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of content performance metrics
• Creative thinker who pitches ideas and experiments
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Canva, Slack, Iterable
