What you will do

• Support Communications team across social media, external, and internal comms initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and schedule content for social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and performance analytics, compile insights, and optimize content.
• Assist with external communications, media relations, planning, execution, and messaging.
• Develop visual content using tools like Canva for social posts and assets.
• Draft employee-facing materials and organize internal channels content.
• Support thought leadership initiatives including events and announcements.
• Provide general team support for timely, accurate organization-wide communication.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
• General understanding of public relations, communications, and social media.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and apps such as CapCut and Canva (or similar).
• Highly organized, resourceful, dependable, with strong interpersonal skills and excellent written/verbal communication.
• General knowledge of social media platforms.
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
