What you will do

• Monitor and manage brand presence across Trustpilot, Reddit, Quora, and other key platforms.
• Drive App Store and Google Play performance by developing strategies to increase ratings and conversion.
• Execute ORM/SERM/ASO strategies to improve brand visibility and sentiment in organic search.
• Build dashboards and reporting systems to track reputation metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Coordinate owned media content and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and journalists.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to accelerate research and automate monitoring pipelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in SERM, ORM, and Brand Monitoring with an understanding of Google SERP dynamics.
• English: C1 level required for external outreach and content creation for Tier-1 markets.
• Data-driven approach with fluency in Google Sheets, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and SimilarWeb.
• AI-fluency: Active use of LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) in daily professional workflows.
• Ability to write briefs for content teams and maintain brand TOV across platforms.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Notion, Jira, or Asana.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with ASO and App Store optimization.
• Experience with digital PR or influencer/YouTube outreach.
• Experience managing freelancers and external contractors.
• Knowledge of LLM-based reputation tools and AI-driven content production.
• Experience with paid PR placements (e.g., Yahoo Finance, PR Newswire).
