Location: Onsite – Tewkesbury, GBR. Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and across Moog sites when required.

What you will do

• Perform manual operations on components and sub-assemblies
• Carry out basic fitting, nulling, deburring, and surface grinding tasks
• Conduct bench testing, wire rating, and pressure testing
• Use hand tools, gauges, winding machines, and measuring equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Complete quality audits, achieve self-certification, and support lean initiatives including 5S and TPM
• Flexibly assist across manufacturing areas as needed

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Positive attitude toward lean principles and continuous improvement
• Good timekeeping and attendance record
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and across Moog sites when required
