What you will do

• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements and foreign worker administration, including hostel and vehicle management.
• Manage office logistics, consumables, budget for administrative expenses, and front-office reception duties.
• Coordinate internal communications, newsletters, and local language translations.
• Support HR processes, including Non-Desk Workers recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement events.
• Ensure HSE compliance by reporting unsafe conditions and adhering to environmental laws.

Requirements

• Degree in Management or Administration.
• Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Experience in a Multinational Company (MNC), preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications and payroll systems.
