What you will do
- Manage the CEO's schedule, meetings, and documentation while tracking priorities and action items.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution between HR, Operations, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align timelines.
- Handle administrative tasks including data tracking, reporting, and workflow organization to support decision-making.
- Identify operational gaps and propose practical solutions to improve internal efficiency.
- Prepare briefing notes and summaries for internal and external meetings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, operations, or HR coordination.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Google Docs.
- Strong written communication skills for internal recaps and updates.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive internal information.
