What you will do

• Lead regional soft service activities, translating global CRE vision and sustainability goals into local requirements, service delivery plans, and supplier SLAs.
• Develop and implement master plans, policies, and end-to-end processes for soft services in collaboration with expert suppliers.
• Manage and optimize supplier performance using FMIS data, KPIs, and Kaizen programs to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee annual OPEX/CAPEX budget planning, financial forecasting, and cost control in coordination with procurement and finance.
• Act as a regional partner and advisor to the business and employees to determine the best-fit service delivery plans.
• Drive innovation in the supply chain, including the implementation of smart use cases like smart cleaning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, HR, or Facility Management.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience in an international high-tech industrial environment.
• 5+ years of managerial experience leading teams of 5 or more people.
• Proven experience in real estate, space, and facility managerial roles.
• Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.
• Availability for 50% domestic and 10% international travel.
