Salary: £75,000 - £95,000

What you will do
- Lead and oversee end-to-end design projects from initial ideation to final execution.
- Manage and mentor a small team of designers using internal leveling frameworks.
- Develop, evolve, and maintain brand identities to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Craft high-quality campaign assets, typography, and motion storyboards.
- Collaborate with product designers and marketing teams to align visual identity with strategic goals.
- Act as a brand guardian by guiding external agency partners on creative concepts.
Requirements
- Proven track record in branding, art direction, and typography with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in managing designers and leading design projects in tech startups or creative agencies.
- Proficiency in Figma (must-have) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Must be located in the United Kingdom.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating concepts to senior management.
Nice to have
- Motion design skills.
- Experience with 3D programs.
- Proficiency with AI tooling.
- Experience in web design, print, film, or illustration.
