What you will do
- Create and produce digital assets for social media, email newsletters, and desktop/mobile websites.
- Develop motion graphics and animated assets for video and digital platforms using After Effects.
- Support and maintain style guides and brand identities across 14 distinct brands.
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure design feasibility and provide final handoffs.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to present and justify design decisions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in digital or visual design working within guidelines and systems.
- Strong proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
- Experience designing landing pages, email campaigns, and social media content.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to create feasible layouts.
- Ability to work independently within a complex, multi-brand design system.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Nice to have
- Advanced motion design skills (After Effects).
- Experience in agency or media environments.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress.
- Experience with event or conference branding.
