What you will do

• Design, prototype, and implement high-quality match-3 levels using proprietary editors and Unity.
• Define and maintain difficulty curves, pacing, and player progression for long-term engagement.
• Integrate mechanics, boosters, obstacles, and features into levels with game designers.
• Analyze player data and feedback to improve level performance and retention.
• Maintain documentation of level structures, rules, and design patterns.
• Support delivery of seasonal content, LiveOps events, and special challenges.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in level design for casual mobile games, ideally solitaire or puzzle genres.
• Proven track record of designing levels in commercially released games.
• Strong grasp of match-3 mechanics and puzzle pacing.
• Proficient with Unity or similar tools for building and testing levels.
• Data-informed approach with experience analyzing completion rates, funnel metrics, and balancing.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• At least B2 level of English.

Nice to have

• Experience with event-based or seasonal content updates.
• Familiarity with mobile F2P systems, reward pacing, and in-game economy.
• Light scripting or configuration in Unity.
• Portfolio of previous game projects.
