Location: Office-based in Limassol, Almaty, or Belgrade

Game development studio creating OneState, a large-scale mobile life simulator with a global audience.
What you will do
- Draft, review, and maintain HR policies and internal regulations.
- Advise business teams on employment law and support the resolution of labor disputes.
- Evaluate and implement LegalTech solutions such as CLM, workflow automation, and AI tools.
- Automate routine legal tasks and develop an internal legal knowledge base with playbooks and templates.
- Integrate legal tools with business systems including ERP, CRM, and HR platforms.
- Provide general legal support across various business areas under the direction of the Head of Legal.
Requirements
- 5+ years of legal experience in an international IT or product company.
- Strong knowledge of Russian legislation and common law principles, including intellectual property law.
- Experience with employment law (knowledge of Cyprus law is a plus).
- Proficiency in legal drafting in both Russian and English.
- Basic understanding of GDPR and data protection.
- English: B2 or higher required.

- Proven track record of implementing LegalTech solutions.
- Experience managing legal or cross-functional projects.
