Salary: €5,340 – €7,630 per month

What you will do

• Source and execute new real estate investments across the European market.
• Perform detailed financial analysis and underwriting, including cash flow forecasting and valuation modelling.
• Conduct market and portfolio analyses to support strategic investment decisions.
• Prepare materials for internal investment approvals, reporting, and portfolio reviews.
• Contribute to team discussions regarding portfolio positioning and market developments.
• Participate in asset visits and engage with local management teams and external partners.

Requirements

• Academic degree in economics, finance, or business.
• At least three years of relevant early-career experience in investment management, M&A, or corporate finance.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical capabilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work in the Netherlands without visa sponsorship (preferred).
