What you will do

• Own the execution of approximately 10 parallel initiatives simultaneously.
• Align roadmaps across product, data/analytics, and operations teams to shorten delivery timelines.
• Identify and remove execution bottlenecks and blockers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Bridge expertise gaps between product and operations teams to facilitate better coordination.
• Ensure all initiatives are fully implemented end-to-end, moving from planning to complete execution.

Requirements

• Background in project/program management or delivery management, specifically within large companies.
• Strong experience with cross-functional delivery at scale.
• Proficiency in working with data-driven environments, including A/B tests and analytics.
• Experience implementing changes and optimizations in existing systems.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with conflicting priorities.
