What you will do

• Act as the central point of contact between creative, programming, production, and marketing teams.
• Manage project schedules, track risks, and communicate progress to upper management via reports and presentations.
• Perform high-accuracy translation and interpretation between Japanese and English for briefs, feedback, and emails.
• Assign tasks to team members, provide coaching, and motivate the team to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee budget queries, ensure cost-efficiency, and direct Quality Assurance processes.
• Ensure all project members adhere to company policies and industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of managerial experience specifically within the gaming or animation industry.
• Proficiency in Japanese with JLPT N2 or higher.
• Strong understanding of production methodologies for linear, design, social, print, and digital production.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shah Alam, Selangor.
