What you will do

• Perform control testing and quality assurance assessments to a high standard.
• Analyze quality outcomes and customer data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Provide coaching and constructive feedback to managers and colleagues.
• Recommend and track enhancements for quality and control strategies.
• Maintain accurate audit trails and document processes throughout the analysis lifecycle.
• Support colleague development through training and best practice sharing.

Requirements

• Good understanding of defined benefit pensions and Pension Risk Transfer products.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance, control frameworks, and operational risk.
• Experience working in quality, risk, audit, or assurance environments.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into practical actions.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for providing constructive feedback.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Glasgow, UK.
