What you will do

• Set and operate CNC milling machines, with a strong focus on Mazak systems.
• Produce precision aerospace components directly from engineering drawings.
• Inspect finished components using a wide range of measuring equipment to ensure quality.
• Carry out rigorous quality checks to maintain right-first-time standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized machine area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives regarding safety, quality, cost, and delivery.

Requirements

• Experience as a time-served CNC Setter Operator.
• Strong expertise in Mazak milling machines, including 3, 4, and 5 Axis.
• Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Experience working with Heidenhain, Mazatrol, and Fanuc controls.
• Confidence in using professional inspection and measuring tools.
• Ability to support shift patterns, including nights where required.
