What you will do

• Manage middle office and operational functions within the derivatives business unit.
• Calibrate trading parameters and define detailed product specifications.
• Implement and oversee structured workflows and frameworks to align regional and global teams.
• Identify process bottlenecks and generate optimization solutions for daily operational tasks.
• Drive efficiency by leveraging internal AI, automation, and technical tools.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues in a timely and independent manner.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of relevant experience in finance.
• Experience in crypto-native derivatives or trading is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing technical and operational issues.
• Proven project or process management experience bridging technical and business domains.
• Deep understanding of derivatives product logic and risk data.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unstructured, and cross-cultural environment.
