What you will do

• Define and drive long-term infrastructure and platform strategy aligned with business objectives and R&D needs.
• Architect robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems to support 10x future growth.
• Evolve internal developer platforms, self-service tools, and establish IaC and GitOps standards.
• Establish org-wide reliability practices, including SLOs/SLIs, observability strategies, and automation to reduce MTTR.
• Lead platform-wide security evolutions, including zero-trust architecture and secure software supply chain management.
• Implement FinOps governance to improve cost visibility and optimize cloud, database, and service spending.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Pulumi/Terraform).
• Hands-on experience with platform engineering at scale and designing large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven ability to translate business objectives into technical roadmaps and infrastructure strategy.
• Strong leadership through influence, capable of guiding multiple teams without direct authority.
• Excellent communication in English (written and verbal).
• Must be based in Spain.
