What you will do

• Lead assessment of cloud infrastructure practices, team capabilities, bottlenecks, and governance gaps
• Design Cloud CoE operating model, ownership boundaries, responsibilities, and escalation paths
• Define standards framework for AWS account structure, multi-region strategy, security, resilience, and scalability
• Create exception-handling processes, transition roadmap, and enablement strategies
• Partner with security architects to embed guardrails and IAM governance
• Provide strategic guidance and manage stakeholders across technical and executive audiences

Requirements

• Fluency in English for daily communication with client (submit resume in English)
• Proven experience in cloud strategy, architecture, or platform engineering with operating model design
• Deep expertise in AWS enterprise architecture: multi-account strategies, Transit Gateway, IAM, governance
• Experience designing Cloud CoEs or platform transformations in complex organizations
• Strong understanding of platform engineering: self-service, golden paths, internal developer platforms, team topologies
• Experience defining standards for security, networking, IAM, CI/CD
• Understanding of Kubernetes (EKS) multi-tenancy, Terraform, cloud-native architectures
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in distributed, international teams

Nice to have

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions, OIDC authentication, GitOps workflows
• Knowledge of DNS governance, CDN architectures
• Experience with AI-powered developer tools and internal documentation platforms
