What you will do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise accounts to ensure value realization, adoption, and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor and liaison between customers and internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing.
- Develop strategic relationships with senior executives to align with transformation initiatives.
- Create and manage Joint Success Plans mapping product deployment to business value.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and orchestrate prompt resolutions.
- Contribute to the Customer Success practice by developing playbooks and driving operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in consulting, customer success, or technical account management.
- Proven track record managing enterprise accounts with ARR ranging from $200k to multi-million.
- Experience in integration and business automation (iPaaS).
- Ability to effectively engage stakeholders from Developer to C-level executives.
- Estimated 25% travel is required.
- BS degree or equivalent education.
Nice to have
- Experience in hyper-growth horizontal SaaS/iPaaS companies.
- Background in leading and consulting for Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager or in senior roles within SI/consulting firms.
