What you will do

• Organize and assign tasks to subordinates to ensure high production efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of individual orders and implement short-term measures to reduce productivity losses.
• Manage technical documentation, identify errors, and initiate necessary changes.
• Maintain quality records within the ISO system and execute corrective actions.
• Train new employees and motivate the production team to achieve set goals.
• Apply lean production and 5S principles to optimize manufacturing workflows.

Requirements

• Secondary technical education with a certificate in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and people management.
• Basic knowledge of English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and the ability to read technical documentation.
• Must be based in Malaysia.
