What you will do

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc analyses for core KPIs including utilization, revenue, and time-to-value.
• Extract and integrate data from Salesforce, NetSuite, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools like Certinia.
• Identify anomalies and risks in project delivery through the development of exception and trend reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Resource Managers and Finance/IT to meet evolving reporting needs.
• Lead process improvement projects to increase automation and efficiency within the analytics cycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, IT, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in data analytics or BI (including internships/co-ops), ideally in SaaS or consulting.
• Proficiency with Excel and at least one major dashboard tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Experience with data extraction and integration across multiple systems (CRM/ERP).
• Ability to define, calculate, and present business and operational KPIs to stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for presenting data in an actionable manner.

Nice to have

• Experience in resource management.
• Knowledge of process mapping, data governance, or business process improvement.
• Exposure to automation technologies such as RPA or low-code platforms.
• Familiarity with NetSuite or other financial ERP platforms.
• Experience supporting globally distributed operations teams.
