What you will do

• Produce high-quality paid social performance creatives optimized for conversions and engagement.
• Execute stitching and text overlays for a high volume of concepts (100+ per week).
• Optimize pacing, hooks, and CTAs to maximize campaign performance.
• Integrate AI tools into the production workflow to accelerate output and enhance creative quality.
• Create both AI-forward and AI-assisted realistic video content, testing new workflows.
• Collaborate with the Creative Director to interpret briefs and execute creative concepts effectively.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience editing direct response performance creatives for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused editing, including hooks, pacing, and CTA structures.
• Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (e.g., Rehirify.global, Sora, Kling, Higgsfield).
• Proficiency with CapCut (preferred) or Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proven ability to produce high-volume output in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Portfolio showcasing direct response and AI-enhanced video work.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of creative design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
