What you will do

• Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) designed for maximum engagement and retention.
• Produce long-form YouTube videos, including talking head, tutorials, and documentary-style content.
• Implement captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to execute creative briefs and iterate on edits.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
• Analyze performance data to optimize video pacing and hooks.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional video editing experience for brands, agencies, or creators.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with a US-based team.
• Ability to work during US business hours (EST–PST).
• A strong portfolio of high-performing short-form content.
• Reliable internet connection and a high-performance editing workstation.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI video tools (SORA, Kling, Runway, etc.).
• Graphic design skills for thumbnails and social assets.
• Experience in podcast editing.
