Location: Remote (Preference for Guatemala, Bogotá, Buenos Aires; must align with US business hours EST–PST)

What you will do
- Edit short-form content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) designed for maximum engagement and retention.
- Produce long-form YouTube videos, including talking head, tutorials, and documentary-style content.
- Implement captions, motion graphics, transitions, sound design, and color grading.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations team to execute creative briefs and iterate on edits.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously with quick turnaround times.
- Analyze performance data to optimize video pacing and hooks.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience for brands, agencies, or creators.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration with a US-based team.
- Ability to work during US business hours (EST–PST).
- A strong portfolio of high-performing short-form content.
- Reliable internet connection and a high-performance editing workstation.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI video tools (SORA, Kling, Runway, etc.).
- Graphic design skills for thumbnails and social assets.
- Experience in podcast editing.
