What you will do

• Develop software systems to automate hirify.global's global network and traffic optimization.
• Provide technical direction, identify focus areas, and mentor junior engineers.
• Create and review software design documentation and standard operating procedures.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering and Operations teams for smooth rollouts and innovations.
• Operate production software and handle recurring issues with knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of design or architecture experience (design patterns, reliability, scaling).
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
