What you will do

• Collaborate on design and execution plans for hirify.global implementations and integrations.
• Lead the implementation and management of hirify.global enterprise solutions and supporting automation.
• Consult with application, platform, and operations teams to integrate services with hirify.global tools.
• Create and maintain support documentation, automation, and runbooks for non-prod patches and upgrades.
• Communicate the business value of hirify.global products and educate teams on industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Broad experience managing Linux systems and container orchestration systems.
• Intermediate understanding of system/service monitoring, observability, and alerting.
• Knowledge of managing shared, multi-tenant services and public cloud infrastructure.
• Understanding of industry-standard configuration management tools and the software development lifecycle.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Vault.
• SRE experience and a proven track record in cloud transformation.
• Familiarity with security and compliance for shared services and major cloud providers.
• Ability to explain complex technical topics in simple terms to diverse stakeholders.
