About the Role

You will manage the full customer verification lifecycle, from document collection through identity verification, risk assessment, and final approval or rejection. You will operate and configure SumSub and blockchain analytics tools to review automated decisions and perform manual reviews. You will apply crypto-native judgement to assess stablecoin and DeFi-related risk and conduct enhanced due diligence where necessary. You will maintain ongoing customer monitoring, keep audit-ready documentation, and communicate verification outcomes clearly to customers. You will collaborate with Product, Operations, and Engineering and keep up to date with UK and EU regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years experience in customer due diligence, identity verification, or onboarding compliance
• Practical crypto experience is required
• Hands-on experience with SumSub in production
• Experience with Elliptic, KYT, or equivalent blockchain analytics tooling
• Detail-oriented and risk-minded with strong audit documentation habits
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-volume environment

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end KYC onboarding
• Operate and configure SumSub verification flows
• Use blockchain analytics to assess wallet and transaction risk
• Apply crypto-native risk judgement and perform enhanced due diligence
• Monitor customers and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Communicate verification outcomes and handle customer onboarding queries
